We are equally willing to tell you when a problem does not need machine learning — a well-built system often beats a model that nobody trusts.

Yes. Everything we build for you is yours, delivered in your repositories and your accounts, with documentation written for the engineer who inherits it rather than for us. We do not hold work hostage in tooling only we can operate.

Often that is the more interesting job. We audit what is there, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and improve it in place rather than insisting on a rebuild. A rewrite is sometimes right, but it should be a decision, not a reflex.

Launch is a milestone, not an ending. We stay on for monitoring, fixes and iteration, and we would rather hand over cleanly to your own team than make you dependent on us. The shape of that support is agreed up front so there are no surprises.

It depends far more on decision-making than on build time — the fastest projects are the ones with a clear owner who can answer questions. We give you a realistic range once the brief is agreed, and we would rather revise a date early than quietly miss one.
